WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days to return it to us. You simply have to send it back, in the condition in which you received it, and we'll do the rest!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ITEM TO REACH ITS DESTINATION?
We ship within the UK using the First Class signed for service by Royal Mail. UK orders should take no longer than 3-5 working days. International deliveries will vary according to your location.
DO YOU SHIP ITEMS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
We can ship to any address you wish. However, for first-time customers, we only ship to the billing address associated with the credit or debit card, or other payment method.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We're working on it! If your item hasn't arrived within 5 days (in the UK), please contact us. If you are an international customer and you haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?
Very! We process payments through PayPal and Apple Pay, which both carry out strong measures to help protect your purchases.
No extra fees will be added to your order without prior consent.

We usually accept returns within 4 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. Please see your email for confirmation or rejection of the return.
If there are signs of wear on the item, we will not accept the return and in this case, we may retain the returned product until you pay us an additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the product.
If we do not receive payment of the additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
